Conference dinner at the venue is on Wednesday June 8th at 20:00
Tickets for the dinner are to be paid in the hotel reception of H10 Taburiente Playa, the workshop venue.
Excursion day on Friday June 10th to the Roque de Los Muchachos Observatory and the Cumbre Vieja volcano. The bus leaves from Hotel Taburiente at 08:30. The observatory visit includes guided tours in groups at the Nordic Optical Telescope, the GranTeCan telescope, and to the top of the mountain. A lunch bag is offered for free at the NOT. The trip continues by bus down the Garafia side, along the northwestern part of the island, and includes a stop by the El Time viewpoint and some further stops to look at the new volcano. Return to the hotel at approx 18:30.
Tickets for the excursion (42 euros) are to be paid to Islabonita Tours, their office is located close to the workshop venue (within 100m). Opening hours of this office is 09 - 13 and 16 - 20 hours.
